what do you mean there's nothing you can do? turn the power off in the area so it's not live. Put a parachute thing down for him to fall on to, and tranquilize him. Once tranquil, have people go up in a bucket truck to try and push him off the side with the parachute pillow thing to catch him. Then bring him to a rehab. Its worth a try and better than leaving him there to die painfully
