It’s crazy the hoops they make biological parents go through just to make sure you can continue to care for your OWN child. As if you didn’t just raise him his whole life.

I know in canada once you turn 16 the doctor will ask the person questions not the parent and especialy at 18 you wont be able to medicaly make decisions so this is why the guardianship is important if the person cant speak up for themselves
