this might be unpopular opinion but after watching the 3 videos she shouldn't have been arrested. Her mother left the baby unattended, not her. If you take everything out and just look at the fact that the mother left the baby there alone with a kid, the mother is in the wrong. No different if it was a babysitter or daycare.

So, she left knowing her mom was sleep to go ride around with her cousin. Mom woke up and had to go get a child who would be left alone after a certain time. She called her to tell her to get back because she has to go (probably didn’t have a car seat). Daughter says she did but she end up forgetting (forgetting to get her child L O L ). Kroger’s distance wasn’t mentioned (or I didn’t hear it) Kroger could be up the street for all we know . Mom left and made MULTIPLE stops got back home and she STILLLLLLL WASNT THEREEEEEEE. I’m on mom’s side but I’m definitely going to YouTube to get the full details. Because for now I’m thinking she waited to leave knowing her baby and mom was sleep. She thought her mom wouldn’t leave and called her bluff. They got into a flight because mom got back and was pissed she didn’t come back to a new born

:mother's at fault. Grandma didn't leave the baby. the mother left the baby. the grandma found out she left the baby. called the mom and told her to get home but the daughter stayed out for two hours total. Grandma had to get her own kid from school or she would be in trouble. also u can't just take someone else's kid out of the house without permission. that would be kidnapping. even tho she's a grandma she has no custody or rights to take a child anywhere without permission. Grandma might not have a car seat. she called her kid to get home and the mother didn't . two hours is evidence the mother had no concerns to get home for her child. grandma didn't turn her in. she handled it and it went bad. the daughter called the police trying to get Grandma in trouble and put in jail. the mother abandoned her kid. neglected the kid with medicine that is needed. just because she lives with Grandma doesn't mean Grandma has any authority over the mother who has custody. it's the mother's responsibility and she failed it.

She shouldn’t have been arrested. Both of them was wrong mom and grandma the girl irresponsible by not coming back like she was asked. She was irresponsible for leaving a baby without getting proper babysitting arrangements. ultimate grandma‘s more wrong. She’s the one who actually left the baby unattended with an eight year-old, not the daughter.

She said I left my baby here with my 35-year-old mother I am 35 and I cannot even imagine having a teenager let alone a teenager with a baby. My oldest child is four.

so the grown ass grandma left the 4mnth old alone with the 8yr old is all I'm hearing. because as a grandmother I would never keave my baby brand new grandbaby alone with a child especially when my child is not there to take their child. then she got mad & attacked her daughter
