If Emma D’Arcy hadn’t been cast as Rhaenyra, I think they would have been a perfect choice to play Visenya Targaryen. Emma has the beauty, a strong and commanding presence, and a slightly boyish, stern demeanor that perfectly matches how I imagine Visenya. They would have been an excellent pick for the role.
