I totally feel with this customer. Dealerships just suck overall and don’t demonstrate extraordinary customer service and keep loyal customers. They only care about new customers.

As someone who has worked in a dealership for fourteen years (and counting), these phone calls may be “staged” for the videos, but they are in fact 100% accurate but much much worse in reality. 😭

As much as I love these. And being a service manager I know they are true. I just wish they were real calls and not scripted. This morning I got told off by a customer because I told them it would be 40 bucks with tax to replace a headlight bulb on a 2005 Ram 1500
