At the end of the road we can not take any material things with us including money. I feel regardless of documents she was his wife and they have a child together. Give her the money she is asking for and move on . The mother should be the bigger person in this

I believe Malcolm gave his mother instructions on what to do. And to only make sure that his only daughter was taken care of. Period. The wife wants more than she received.

The saddest thing is he spent his life living on the private side of Hollywood. Living a private life & staying out the media's way now this on the first year anniversary of his death. A sensitive matter involving family business such as this just wasn't for the public to know. This could've been done privately in respect to all involved especially the innocence of his Daughter. I truly hope they can come to a resolution in private. God Bless All🙏🏽✨️🙏🏽

She wasn't left empty-handed! He left an estate with assets that she gets, but it just doesn't have enough liquid cash to satisfy the full $1.2M prenup debt on its own. She's suing the trust for the difference to make the prenup whole, not because she got $0.
