From my personal experience, I have been to pr like 10 times, and it's so easy to navigate there! I have stayed in sj/Carolina a couple times, but I actually left my place at 6am to drive over to Isabela first, then work my way over to Rincon, down to Cabo rojo y la parguera, did the bio luminescent waters, drove over to ponce to stay the night and spend time at the beach before heading back thru the middle of the island back to the city. Explore Puerto Rico mi gente!
