Finally… the waiting is over. ✈️✨ For a long time, it felt like standing at the edge of a runway in the dark, watching others take off, wondering when my own moment would come. Every passing day carried the same quiet question: When? Today, that question has been answered. I’m proud to officially begin my journey as a Cabin Crew with the leading airline in West Africa, Air Peace. But this journey didn’t begin with a uniform or a boarding call. It began with curiosity, one defining moment at an aviation career programme where I found myself asking questions no one else seemed to ask. Why is this path so difficult? Why does it feel almost out of reach? I didn’t realize it then, but that moment lit a fire I wouldn’t be able to ignore. The road that followed was anything but smooth. From my training days at the Nigeria College of Aviation Technology, Zaria, to my time as a Travel Consultant at Edscan Travel and Tours, each step felt like preparation for something bigger, something I couldn’t yet see, but deeply believed in. There were silent battles. Long stretches of waiting. Moments when uncertainty crept in and whispered, What if it doesn’t happen? But I chose not to stand still. I chose growth. I chose to keep showing up, even when the outcome wasn’t clear. Because somewhere deep down, I knew, the opportunity would come. It had to. And now… here I am. To anyone currently in that uncertain phase, where things feel paused and progress seems invisible, don’t lose yourself in the waiting. That’s where strength is built. That’s where preparation happens. Stay ready, because when your moment arrives, it won’t wait for you to catch up. As I step into this new chapter, I carry more than excitement, I carry resilience, gratitude, and a deep commitment to safety, excellence, and service. The skies have been calling for a while now… And at last, I’m ready to answer. ✈️
