If I can offer any advice as a fatter girl in the fells, invest in a proper hiking tshirt, the sweat wicking ones... they make such a difference!!!

I cannot recommend walking poles enough, it's witchcraft how much they help with fell walking.

I am currently 20 wainwrights in. Most of which so far have been doable. Can deffo recommend the likes of latrigg,ling,sale,binsey. Binsey was my first solo one. All short but slightly steep but again at your own pace very doable.

Well done, Walla crag is a good one to start with. For an easy 2nd do Latrigg from gale road carpark. Only takes 15 mins up. And don’t listen to people who say cat bells is family friendly it was my first and it was brutal 😂.
