I had this type of eczema 2 years ago when i have to finish my thesis. At first it is so small but started to spread rapidly on my feet and hands because of the stress i’ve had that time. It won’t go away because of the stress, but i was stressed because of the itchiness too that’s why it was hell 😭 luckily they’re gone not long after i graduate

i just burst it. sanitizer, and steroid. after a day, it hardens and it becomes thick skin. I peel it, and is all ok again! lol. but, it is only for me. may not be for others.

Dealing with this now for 2 months. Hydrocortisone seems to help but it wont completely go away. Currently on skirizi for my crohns so maybe thats why🤷🏼♀️ITS ANNOYING 😣
