@jaaliyahs: We got @The Cheesecake Factory at home, but better🤭😍 RECIPE: CAKE (you’ll use 2 boxes of cake mix TOTAL)- 1 box @Betty Crocker chocolate fudge cake mix 3 eggs 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 cup milk of choice (I used @Chobani extra creamy oat) 1/2 cup cocoa powder of choice (I used Dutch) & 1/2 cup @NESCAFÉ USA instant coffee + hot water (you’ll add 1 tsp of coffee to your hot and mix together) 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted unsalted @Kerrygold USA butter Mix until smooth and then spray your baking pan & add batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes on 350 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool on the counter for 30 minutes before placing your 2 cakes in the fridge. CHEESECAKE- 3 SOFTENED 8oz blocks @Philly Cream Cheese cream cheese 1/2 cup white sugar 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup sour cream 5 eggs total (added 3 first, then the remaining 2) 1/2 cup @SKIPPY®️ Peanut Butter creamy peanut butter Blend until smooth and all lumps are gone and then fold in 10-12 chopped up @Reese’s cups. Spray and add your mixture to your cheesecake pan and bake for 1 hour on 350 degrees. Allow to cool on the counter for about an hour, remove from the cheesecake pan & then place into the freezer to set for at least 2 hours. CHOCOLATE FROSTING- 2 200g blocks of softened unsalted butter 1 cup cocoa powder 3 cups powdered sugar Blend until smooth and set aside. To a cake board, add a little frosting to the bottom and then add your first cake on top, layer more frosting in between and then add your cheesecake to the middle. Add another layer of frosting and then top with your 2nd cake. Frost your entire cake and then cover the bottom half with chocolate sprinkles. Add a drizzle of peanut butter to the top of half of your cake and then you can decorate the top of your cake as you’d like (I added swirls, topped them with Reese’s cups & chopped reeses pieces. ENJOY! #cheesecake #reesespieces #cheesecakefactory #baking #fyp
