Paulo Freire wrote some powerful stuff. He also taught countless poor adults how to read in an attempt to give them more power….There’s a reason the Brazilian right wing is constantly trying to bury his legacy and discredit his work. Reading giver you knowledge to understand your oppression and the tools to fight back! Spread his work!

I work in a male driven field, and it is hard to meet black men that don't really want equality often times they want their time at the top. I can see both sides, still hard to accept though.
