It's Hydra 616 steve. Doomsday Travels to the TVA, finds Loki & takes control of the timeline branches. Searches the multiverse & finds all the evil versions of the superheroes/dobbalgangers & dead ones. He cannot find the evil version of Thor anywhere to fight.Hense they go at it. From the comic book, I read a lot when I was a virgin! lol. That's why Tony stark is Doomsday, alto version.

Kang wanted to eliminate Captain America in the Ant-Man movie because Captain America altered the timeline... and because of the incident with the actor who played Kang, who was fired, they decided to change the character to Doctor Doom

I like the idea but him not going back didn't affect him being frozen because he was still frozen in the ice it was just past him not future him. this means future him didn't return to future but stayed in the past meaning there were 2 steve rogers on the past one frozen and one who got to spend the life he wanted with peggy
