I've delt with that problem so many times in the past. Always in north county as well. So I bought deer cameras, and magnetic signs to put on dumpster.The sign's read *under 24 hour video surveillance*. violators will be prosecuted, and illegal dumping statues. Haven't had anyone in 5 yrs now since doing this.
