I 100% agreed I took the execution and I made it very easy for myself. I have a very specific entry model and an exit and stop. I let it play out every single time but there's times right over managed to trade and that's not part of my system.

since last week Thursday it's been really dangerous market. Like really strange momentum on SPY. Really unpredictable. It's like the algo firms came up with a new algorithm to take money from retail in mass. Like if I go big in a position it reversed, but if I go small it goes well.
