George, as a woman, I can tell you that this woman is in a no-win situation. If she reports it now, HR will likely make her pay the price by either moving *her* or, worse, leaving her on the team and only reprimanding him verbally — leaving her open to retaliation. If she DOESN’T report him, he will likely put her on a PIP or make her so miserable she’ll want to quit.

I had a male boss harass me like this, I was 17. Working with building computers. He even drove by my house at night sometimes and called me in the middle of the night. If it happened now I would know what to do, at 17 I just continued my job.
