Yes! I put all of my confidence in my curly hair and then I started to question if that was the only beautiful thing about me. So I shaved my head, and I realized I still loved me without my identifying marker. So now that I grew my hair out again I can confidently say that no matter what I still love myself!

I sometimes doubt if im beautiful because everyone only talks about me being smart and im not ungrateful but it sucks when it feels like it’s the only thing people notice about me and that the moment I might struggle i no longer will have as much value
