Here’s what I did when my pack felt too heavy. I went to the nearest store and bought a cheap backpack and took out the stuff that was weighing me down, not everything but just the real heavy stuff. I contacted a luggage transfer company and had them transfer the smaller backpack I had bought. Trust me it will make a big difference. Buen Camino

I just arrived at Santiago and half was through my journey I paid for a bag pickup service, it’s 7 € a day! Try it out once and see if you like it, it made a huge difference for me

There are many many cats on the Camino. When you’re next in a store pick up some treats and make friends along the way. I documented all the Camino Cats I met on the Frances. And you will get stronger! I thought I was going to die on the first day.
