I hear you, I'm experiencing the same but just trying to keep on, which is also annoying because I've been trying to give the ''illusion'' of 'functional adult' only to get a SEARING lower back problem out of nowhere. In pain for weeks, I got talking to a friend who was like ''Yah, that's your sacral chakra. You've stopped creating, and sharing yourself with those you're close to. Fix that''. It annoys me that she was right. I took a week off work to paint, write and catch up with family and the pain has tapered of in three days...
