@mariahhcooks: Oxtail Dinner 😍 • • Ingredients: • 3 lbs oxtail (about 1½-inch thick pieces) • 1 tbsp complete seasoning • 1 tbsp onion powder • 1 tbsp garlic powder • 1 tbsp seasoned salt • ½ tbsp smoked paprika (optional) • ⅓–¼ cup browning • 1 red bell pepper • 1 green bell pepper • 1 yellow bell pepper • 1 orange bell pepper • 1 red onion • 1 bunch green scallions • 6 garlic cloves • 4 sprigs fresh thyme • 2 bay leaves • ¼ cup ketchup • 4 beef bouillon cubes Instructions: 1. Clean and pat the oxtails dry, then season generously with the complete seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, smoked paprika, and browning. 2. Add the bell peppers, onion, scallions, garlic and thyme. Let marinate overnight for the best flavor (if not overnight at least 4 hours) 3. Add oil and brown sugar to a hot pot, let the brown sugar melt. Sear the oxtail on both sides then add in water, veggies, bay leaves, ketchup and beef bouillon cubes. 4.
