As a former year 6 TA, I can honestly say the end of the year is the hardest, knowing you can't help those vulnerable pupils any more 😢 I still can't see a year 6 leavers assembly or performance without crying! Have an amazing summer holiday with your family x

can't believe I've watched 2 year 6's sing & leave us now lol.. my lil grandson is off to year 6 now & I hope & pray he gets a teacher like you.. all the children who have had the privilege of Mr Noodlehead have the best start & support for the big year 7 Well done Sir 👏🌟🥰

have no doubt, your impact will stay with those young people. my youngest found school incredibly hard, but he had 2 magnificent male teachers in primary that made a huge impact that stayed with him. one retired this week, and instead of send a video message, he went to shake the teachers hand and wish him well personally, and when leaving, the second said it was so lovely to see him looking so comfortable and calm in his own skin. teachers like that, and teachers like you, will always impact children long after they were responsible for them. those 2 teachers haven't taught him for 4 and 5 years, but he will go back and see them whenever he can. have no doubt, your impact will stay with them, your words of encouragement, and how to deal with challenges, will stay with them, have no doubt. enjoy your well earned summer break Mr Noodle Head
