yes there are people who fetishize relationships and that is wrong. but why is it ALWAYS gay ships? there’s many of us who simply enjoy it bc of chemistry. and some of us are lgbtq+ so we sometimes prefer gay ships since it’s more relatable. assuming someone is sexualizing it is weird and says more about u than it does them. ppl have a problem with nobara x maki (even though its always been more popular before yuta and maki got married). but i can see why ppl don’t like the ship. but then they see someone shipping yuji x megumi and all of a sudden it’s sexualizing?? they don’t have canon partners. they have chemistry whether you find it romantic or not. again, you can dislike a ship! but hating on ppl for it and accusing them of sexualizing it just bc it’s gay is so stupid.

sorry guys i’m gay so i prefer gay ships. also they tend to have more chemistry (at least in the anime’s i watch). for example, idc for yuta x maki. i’ll say its cute and im happy for them but i never rly saw the chemistry there. idk if that’s bc im gay or if its bc they weren’t focused on as much but either way idrc for the ship. HOWEVER i wont hate on ppl who like it and i have nothing against it. i dont hate straight ships its just rare that i come across ones that i like. part of that is also bc a lot of the animes i watch aren’t romance animes.
