It is not really news,they started to backtest from 2021. BTC is a store of value, therefore it doesn't generate revenue, in SPPDA there will be only coins with revenue generator. 18 of them,and on purpose it is not published all coins,because maybe not all of them can pass the Claraty act. For example BNB generates millions in revenue,but most probably won't pass the Claraty act as it is centralised (I said most probably,cause we still don't know what criteria will be used)

There are so many useful crypto’s which don’t demand in massive energy wastage and have real world use cases. BTC is not a freedom coin, not a digital gold, not a peer to peer payment system or a store of value so what is it?.
