Intelligence doesn’t imply perfection.And if we are being real,there is more suffering in intelligence.The reason the creation is intelligent is because there is suffering,struggle and chaos. Example; you look at how beautiful a woman is thinking this is a perfect makeup by the creator by his own intelligence,then again there is suffering because that beauty won’t last forever.That beauty will gradually be destroyed.INTELLIGENCE is an ability to deal with a difficulty. The view that something came by intelligence means it was initially subjected to suffering or a difficulty.May I haven’t understood your definition of intelligence yet
