@blackgirlmycologist: I buried my substrate after its fifth flush… 4 days later, nature gave me one more. 🥹🍄 #nature #harvest #foraging #mushrooms #fungi

JohnNLV :

Not here in Vegas where it’s over 100’ each day for 3 months. 😎

MarxDadFaith&Fitness :

Life is beautiful. I’m doing the same in my back yard. I figure maybe in 50 years someone will find a special mushroom there one day

Jae Manifest :

Super dope. I did this with some native oysters and had a similar thing happen. 🔥 Be careful what mushrooms you let grow outside in your area they could propagate and become invasive. Especially with Oysters (Yellow oyster to be specific)

mitchdiamond69 :

They'll do better if you cover them with pine needles. You'll thank me later

arietisadept369 :

this is how they get reintroduced into nature! that mycelium is going to find its way into natural areas other than just the localized area that you dump in 🤷🏽🤓🥹💚🙏🏽 giving back to nature is one of the most important things we can do... 😚

Blair :

Old blocks are so good for veggie gardens too. After the wild harvest…of course.

I plant my old substrate with a tree that I own and a big pot and to my surprise I have the same issue but they never look like what I planted who grew

ChinoGrows 🌿 :

Oh wow that’s awesome 🙌🏼💯💯💚 I wonder if I could find stuff like this in Texas 🧐

Chuck@FacePlant Farm Hawaii :
