@sweetportfolio: Healthy Honey @valentine's matcha Marshmallows 🍵🍯 recipe below! Honey marshmallows are so good!! Such a nice little healthy treat and so easy to make. You may have noticed I used some sifter charms to sift my matcha 👀 we are launching them soon. Stay tuned! Ingredients: -3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
-1 cup water, divided
-3/4 cup honey
-2-3 tbsp @valentinesmatcha Baking Matcha
-Powdered sugar or arrowroot powder Start by blooming the gelatin. Pour 1/2 cup of the water into a bowl, then evenly sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Let it sit for 5 minutes. In the meantime, make the honey syrup by combining the honey and remaining 1/2 cup of water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the mixture begins to bubble, then remove it from the heat. Transfer the bloomed gelatin to the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix on low speed while slowly pouring in the hot honey syrup. Increase the speed to high and mix for 8 minutes, or until the mixture is thick and fluffy. Sift in the Baking Matcha, then mix for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle your powder of choice over the bottom of an 8x8-inch dish, then pour the marshmallow mixture on top and spread it into an even layer. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Before unmolding, gently pat the top of the marshmallow dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Run a knife or spatula around the edges, then sprinkle additional powder over the top. Unmold the marshmallow onto a plate or cutting board.
