This downing on foods eaten primarily by low-income people irks me. I'm someone who loves a good artisan cheese. However, there's almost nothing better for a cheeseburger than American cheese. I even consider Kraft to be one of the better corporate versions of it. Its texture and melt is exactly why it's so good for something like a burger orr a Tex Mex style queso dip. I really don't understand the hate.

Kraft specifically is not that bad, main ingredient is cheddar cheese.. But most other brands sell that specific type of individually wrapped slices mostly make it with vegetal oil wich is ultra processed and very unealthy
