DID varies between covert and overt depending on person. for example, for us, the more you find out about the symptoms you have, the more overt DID becomes, and usually your brain is there to make you indenial about ur disorder, hence imposter syndrome

What does medically recognised mean? I don’t actually know if I’m diagnosed 😭 my therapist said we’re a system due to trauma and it’s likely DID, idk if that’s a diagnosis or not lol

When people claim to me that my DID is not accurate, like the time someone publicly, in a public place with people that knew me, claimed that DID is like different people on the same body, i so wanted to say that the reason they all seem the same, is because, DID, is also a covert disorder, i am very sorry for not wanting Layla to talk with an Argentinian accent when we live and are Spanish, and i am also deeply sorry that Chuu is not allowed to insult you for saying such a thing, both are masking, you would know it if you spoke English and didnt only get information from random spanish places. Imagine not being able at all, to read the DSM-V in its original language, and claim, that you know more than the professionals who have treated me.
