Aliybabaa :
This happened in 2018. My mother passed away. In the last few months before she died, I don’t really know how to explain it, but looking back, there was a very heavy atmosphere in the house. She was often angry and much more sensitive than usual.
So back when she died ; My father decided to have her cremated and scatter her ashes in another country. She passed away in January, but we didn’t travel to scatter her ashes until August. So, for 7 months, we kept her ashes at home. I had never, ever experienced sleep paralysis in my life. But after my mother’s death, I suddenly started having it. It wasn’t anything too terrifying. I just couldn’t move, and I would see what looked like black-and-white static, like the “snow” you used to see on old televisions when there was no signal. It seemed to float above me. To this day, I’m convinced it was her ashes. Then one day, my father went away for a few days, and my brother was somewhere else. I was completely alone in the house. At around 3:00 a.m., I woke up. It was the same feeling—I couldn’t move. At first, I didn’t pay much attention because it had already happened several times before. But this time, I had this overwhelming feeling deep in my stomach, almost like something was screaming at me to look up and get out of bed. So I looked… and I saw the most terrifying figure I’ve ever seen, something straight out of a horror movie. It came closer to me and started pressing down on my chest, pushing me deeper and deeper into the mattress. I swear I could actually feel the pain where it was pressing. And don’t ask me why, but I was convinced that my dog, who was sleeping with me that night, was underneath me. I remember thinking, “Oh my God, I’m going to crush her if this thing keeps pushing me down while she’s under me.” To this day, I still don’t know how I managed to get up, but the moment I did… it was gone. I check everywhere in the house but nothing strange. I swear, after that incident, I was absolutely terrified. Then, a few months later, we finally scattered my mother’s ashes, and from that day on, I never experienced anything like that again.
