It’s always fun seeing these applying to me so strongly. . A week ago, I revealed a difficult secret to someone about some bad circumstances in my life, that would likely (hopefully) affect their perception of me. They made it pretty clear that it probably did through their reaction/response, plus the energy between shifted so significantly immediately (positively, I’d say). It was a big relief because things between us felt much lighter and kinder in the far past, but over time became tense and confusing, and I think it was largely because of that missing context. I’m glad I told them. . Especially because I realised their perception of me without it was probably something I’d find hurtful. Definitely not their fault tho. Besides, with that in mind, they were honestly very patient and open-minded toward me. Gave me a lot of benefit of the doubt and I’m incredibly grateful they allowed the opportunity through that… especially because knowing my secret does bring a burden to them (which is part of why I avoided telling them). Also especially appreciated because being extremely misunderstood is such a pattern in my life (1H Neptune lol)…
