i have hypothyroidism, fot diagnosed years ago but one thing ive always been confused about is the body temperature. I see that running cold or always being cold is a common thing with Hypothyroidism but ive always ran hot and always feel hot for my entire life but my thyroid is apparently always okay with my meds

What did you do to feel better? Did you go on thyroid meds? If so which one? I’m supposed to be taking Tirosint but I’m very nervous.

I have hashimotos but the opposite affect of temperature regulation. I can't tolerate heat at all. My hands and feet- instead of being crazy cold- get so hot I have to run them under cold water. It's the weirdest thing.

After my surgery of partial removal due to cancer there was a period of time I thought I was losing it because I’d get so angry, like raving mad, like I wanted to beat something. This is absolutely not normal for me. I kept it in and didn’t act on it thankfully, but my anger level wasn’t normal. I’m thankfully better now and my anger issues have subsided. It was clearly from my body adjusting to the meds and dealing with surgery recovery. It’s crazy on how things like this can affect our mood so easily.

I’ve started having severe panic attacks while driving. I was lucky enough with a recent one I got to my sons school before my fingers and arms locked and passed out now I’m even more terrified to drive
