Oddly enough parasol now makes postpartum underwear! Rael are the best! Reusable period underwear are also amazing for all the postpartum things including any bladder leaks that come with having kids

These are the best cooling pads I tried, and I tried a lot of of them. I hated the ones that were not adhesive because they kept falling into the toilet cause I’d forget in my lack of sleep state.
