I have ADD and have been taking Adderall for +20yrs. It changed my life & saved my career. I am not retired & only take them as necessary. Never had an addiction problem with them

I took vyvanse for years, it has been horrible off of it since I stopped december this year. Do I need the meds, absolutely. But you build a tolerance after a decade and I needed to take a break and still is causing issues.
