To answer your question: He talks like a caveman because Hulk is a whole other personality than Bruce Banner. But there is a version Like in the current movies where Bruce has Hulks body etc but with Bruce‘s mind. Hope this helped great outfit :)

actually hulk was originally grey, but because of printing errors it was never a consistent shade of grey, often looking more blue than anything. so Stan Lee DECIDED to make him green because hulk was meant to be the sorta the embodiment of "don't judge a book by its cover" and green and purple were often the colors used by villains

Bruce Banner has DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) due to his traumatic childhood, hence why when he transforms into Savage Hulk, his behavior is more childlike, but when he's Joe Fixit (Grey Mafia Hulk) for example, he's much more intelligent.

My theory (as someone who’s never seen a hulk movie ever) this body mass becomes too much for his brain to handle. For example, humans have a very high brain:body ratio, that’s why they’re so smart (this isn’t a personal intelligence comment). And when he grows, his brain can’t function normally (once again, an uneducated pov)
