Centralization used to be a necessary evil so people could go to work in big cities, where the cost of living outpaces pay increases. Remote work reduces the need to live in expensive cities and work in overstressed jobs. What's needed is a return to village life but with remote work and all the modern tech enhancements that eliminate the drudgery. Lower cost of living, less stress, work-life balance and time to raise a family in a better natural environment. We're not machines to be exploited for labor. We're creative human beings.

I was shocked when I found this out a while ago. This is why birthrates drop. I have always believed the same job/work should have the same pay no matter gender or other preferences. As far as girls on the street a lot of girls do things out of necessity not choice if they want to survive. What needs to change is the law equal work equal pay. Japan now has the Prime Minister to get this done. 🧡🧡🧡🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵🧡🧡🧡

The statistics in North America are not meaningful because they aggregate everyone's dollar pay by gender and say woman earn less. Every job I've had men and women are paid the same. You have to take into account that men work longer hours at more dangerous jobs.
