this is similar to the Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) curriculum! check it out they have lesson plans written and so many ideas to teach these key values to our kiddos :)

As a school librarian, I have plenty of ideas. However, reach out to your school librarian...they will definitely have some great ideas, and if the library has them, you can always preview the books before you buy them!

I teach in a private school and we do something similar. We call it the value of the month. We are given one for each month of the school year. Many are the ones you mentioned. We are able to bring in faith and religion, so that is helpful.

Instead of buying all the monthly read alouds, always check YouTube for read alouds. This saves you having to purchase all the books.
