what hes trying to say is that the majority of men are actually suffering from the "patriarchy" while only a few elite 0.1% of men are wealthy and free from suffering. And by that standard there really isnt a patriarchy because its not as if the average man is living better than the average woman. The reason why the majority of elite billionaire wealthy people are men, is because of the preixisting social structures which the elite families set up hundreds and even thousands of years ago, back when society formed around the biological advantages of the genders. And since men were stronger than women physically, and since most jobs in early society were completely physical, It was only natural for the man to work, whilr the woman is protected inside houses. And social roles and relationship roles formed around this structure. So obviously men were in charge of societal power. And with the amount of influence over people and thr amound of connections they had, they could maintain their incredible wealth and power, by isolating those at the top from the publics eye, and dividing society and turning them against eachother, so that the common enemy wouldnt be those as the top with all the actual patriarchal power

Uhm, yes! Just to make sure of the rethorical little trap: She said that the patriarchy persists of a male dominance. He agrees but then in his argumentation goes on to tell us how the severe majority of pain is also happening to men. That does in no way contradict the first part of the argument - it is just an emotional overload which brings in another argument.
