Even though in the last year or so, I have become more red. I still listen to you. I still listen to unbiased news, and I still follow people on the left and on the right so I can listen to a thoughts, concepts, and ideas that may or may not align with my own.

I would love to have All x Sides news. Why not have MAGA Mike, Progressive Paul (or DSA Dale?), Libertarian Larry, and maybe one or two other viewpoints. There are a lot of times that arguments between Mike and Cal or Lenny and Paul would be a lot more instructive than having Cal present for MAGA despite MAGA having purged conservatives from the party… you know?

The only way to know your information is to be informed of the opposing side so that you can counter the debate..But growth cannot happen if you always think you are right on all accounts..Considering perspectives allows you to understand and empathize to a degree.

My knee jerk reaction is to think people are the right are crazy and I don’t understand how they like Trump at all. Then I breathe and remember I know real people who did vote for him and support him. They are good people and just voting for what they think will be best for their family. It’s hard but honestly we have more in common than we realize.
