Kasmeh just means i swear in urdu so people say allah ni kasmeh which means i swear on god plus we pakistanis werent colonised by arabs so majority of us dont say wallah

Kasme comes from the Arabic word Qa-Sa-Ma that means swearing, as in swearing on Allah's name. In Arabic they say Uksimu billaah for example
