unless there’s more to the story I’d say she was the aggressor. She had the weapon, not him. She walked up on him holding that stick and instead of him waiting for her to potentially hit him with it, he gave her a good shove to back her ass up. You walk up on a cop like that holding a potential weapon and they’ll call you the aggressor.
