I was talking about this to my mum, someone who has escaped domestic violence, yesterday and I said ‘I don’t know how you can support this woman’ and she said ‘where did you read that, the mainstream media make up so many lies about her to make her look bad’. I told her it was a quote of what she said on the radio and she makes herself look bad. Honestly, if someone is going to support her, they’ll do some mental gymnastics no matter what you show them. Very disappointing.
