Hey girly I have HEDS And POTS and a right bundle branch block in my heart, Drinking caffeine or eating chocolate high carb meals or sugar I get these chest pains and tightness /struggle to breathe and my HR goes to like 180s standing, and 100-120 resting, plz have your docs look into POTS, chocolate and caffeine especially triggers mine so I always get decaf starbies no chocolate I wish you luck! 💖

i have a heart condition too a heart murmur and I have palpitations my doctor has not said anything about me getting one of those or referred me anywhere says it sounds fine but I know how you feel

Please let me know what they tell you, I have had this happen to me for years and I wore a heart monitor as well and I had the same episode but my cardiologist told me I was fine.
