why the fuck would you leave a 4 year old unsupervised on a motorized vehicle on a downhill slope that goes directly into traffic. I hate to be one of those people but this is a situation that cps really should be involved in. this isnt funny, this is reckless and dangerous.

Normally I think its impractical to expect a parent to hover over their kids but that dad was straight up neglectful. You don't give a kid that young a motorized toy without watching them, that's ridiculous
