We make a diagram of where our furniture goes and they put it in place for us. I always leave snacks and a coffee station for our custodians to enjoy over the summer because they work so incredibly hard.

Girrrllll…we have to move the furniture outside of our rooms, into the hallway every year before we leave.

Girl mine makes us move rooms EVERY YEAR! so we have to take everything down and move the entire room! Crazy!

I’m a school custodian. I take pictures of every single room. Most teachers draw a map of where stuff goes but my pictures show where all the little things go! 😊

Yep! We take everything down, even staple pins/tape needs to come off the walls, wipe windows, sweep and mop, and if you ever paint your room a color besides white, yeah you're gonna need to repaint all of it back to it's original color which is white, and then stack everything in the middle🤧🥴

Our school makes US put the furniture in the middle. And we have carpets, we get back and they have the same stains 🥴

We had to put all of ours in the center because every wall was getting painted. We also have carpet 😣

Our custodian requested we take a picture of the room, so that furniture can be put where it was. A lot of this furniture is heavy, and difficult to move. This was done after majority of staff complained.

As a teacher 28 years, I respectfully say imagine the custodians that have to sit there and breathe in the chemicals that are waxing the floor to make your classroom look better. Now imagine them having to do that times however, any classroom you have plus the rest of the building if the biggest inconvenience for you is putting your furniture back then you should be thankful.
