@moonlit_kit: Being chronically ill and on that cusp of doing JUST good enough that you can meet your own basic needs again but not doing well enough to manage much more than that and still grieving the life you want to live…it comes with a convoluted mix of feelings 😅 #chronicillness #chronicallyill #disability #disabled #dynamicdisability
Have you ever had to deal with people calling you a hypochondriac? I’ve been getting a lot of this from a close family member lately…. They’re even convinced that my alleged “hypochondria” is actually causing the symptoms I’m having 🙄

Girl! Same boat over here! I was bed bound 90% of the time and now I'm doing things around the house. But I'm not getting through a day of work

Maybe physical therapy and occupational therapy can help you with this! I’m chronically ill but they help me with that a lot!

If you’re ok with sharing, I would love to know how you transitioned to waking up earlier. That is one of my biggest hurdles and I know you’ve moved from late morning to early morning in the past few months. I can totally relate to how you’re feeling right now.

im in a weird space where i thought i was getting better but realized that my mental health was a lot better from working on it but my physical health has gotten objectively much worse 😳 ive just been handling everything a lot better so i was also maybe overly optimistic about my health too 🥴

I don't necessarily have a chronic health condition, but I do have autism and ADHD and I'm currently trying to get into government programs so I can move out of my parents house. Despite this, I was isolating a lot so it is similar in that aspect where I feel like I can't do this stuff that I normally did in the past since going outside drained me physically and mentally where I have to take a couple days to recover from it and it is so frustrating. I was also just ignoring my emotions so now that I am taking the time to process them I am left with a lot of the shame and the grief that I am no longer going to be able to be who I was before this. I feel you too in that aspect.
