@wanderbymaria: Newport is one of those places that somehow gets even better every time you visit. 🤍 We started the day exploring the breathtaking Rosecliff Mansion, one of Newport’s iconic Gilded Age estates, before heading out for a walk along the famous Cliff Walk. There’s nothing quite like seeing dramatic ocean views on one side and some of America’s most extravagant mansions on the other. Of course, no Newport day is complete without stopping to admire The Breakers, the Vanderbilt family’s incredible summer “cottage” that perfectly captures the luxury of the Gilded Age. After all that exploring, we grabbed lunch at The Mooring Seafood Kitchen & Bar on Bowen’s Wharf (highly recommend the lobster rolls and waterfront views 🦞), wandered through the charming shops and marina, and ended the day with ice cream from Kilwins while watching the boats come and go.
