do u have sucrose and fischl built? if u put sucrose (viridescent set) with ttds weapon then she buffs flins dmg by a LOT. even more if u have fischl (golden troupe set) and u have hexerei unlocked for them both!

haii!! kazuha is a very good support for him but mostly if you have his c2 bc it buffs em!! if you dont have kazuhas cons id suggest sucrose if you have her, with r5 thrilling tales and 4pc vv all em stats, if u dont have her just use 4pc vv all em on kazuha and a weapon that buffs em like iron sting, you also just need the one hydro char that has good application, if ur worried abt the extra lunar slot buff dw abt it too much, its better to use columbina 4pc silken with r5 prototype amber (craft) or sacrificial jade (bp), and have an extra electro char on ur team, before I got ineffa I was using ororon with 4pc noblesse for the teamwide buff!! Im sure sara or fischl could work too, id love to help u out if u need anything

please put fischl on tenacity on the team, and pull ineffa in 7.0. you don't need 2 hydro characters on the team, you'd much rather want fischl or kuki shinobu instead of aino. sucrose is also better than kazuha, especially in a team where u have other hex character. also, what are your sets on the other characters? I'd recommend Fischl - tenacity, Sucrose - VV + dragon slayers 3 star weapon, Bina - SMS, i run this team and get about 300k with similar stats.
