My grandma has good days and bad days with dementia. On a bad day, my dad printed a power of attorney document off the internet and took her to the bank to sign POA over to him, then he proceeded to move $150k from her account into his. My uncle (the actual POA) called the bank a couple months later to move some of her money around and found out what had happened. My grandma was so pissed on one of her good days she had her attorney sign over her expensive vacation house in Colorado to my cousin and me instead of my dad and uncle. My dad is still salty about it. 🤷♀️😂

As a former bank manager, this time of shit is happening all the time! It’s so disgusting. And it’s not just children doing it to their parents. It’s husbands doing it to their wives and vice versa. This kind of thing is so scary and it’s happening everywhere.
