Thanks Danielle for the missing flavors no one else could ever have come up with! I’ve made this more than 15 times now and it never disappoints. With cilantro is incredible and don’t skip the lemon or the Calabrian chili. I like to add a splash of apple cider vinegar with the half lemon to tone down the sharpness and it makes the dish less acidic overall and TIP less gassy if that’s ever an issue. Definitely use good quality Parmesan, and I love finishing it with crème fraîche to cream it out.
