@cbsnews: The manner and cause of death for Nolan Wells, the Mississippi teen who was found dead at Horn Island after a Fourth of July outing with friends is still a mystery. According to the Wells family attorney, Ben Crump, results from a preliminary independent autopsy commissioned by the family were undetermined. Crump said Wednesday the autopsy found "red discoloration" in the tissue in the back of Well's head, but said the cause of the finding is unknown. CBS News' Skyler Henry has more on the story.
For those that don’t know the hyoid bone can show strangulation, hanging injuries, blunt and penetrating trauma, or hyperextension of the neck. There’s a reason why it is missing. For those who wanna keep arguing that this young man drowned and no foul play was done, think twice before commenting ignorantly.

I think the family is going to end up being really sorry they brought all this attention. I hope they are saving their money.

didn't his family just have his funeral and already bury him if so then why are you saying they are still examining him and doing more and more test on his body I hope his family gets the answers about his death but it seem like they did but are trying to find something that is not there to make it a racist thing and they allowed his funeral to be about that and that wasn't right it was his funeral not a racist trial as they changed justice for him and that really seemed wrong acting like it was a rally and not a respectful send off for their son

You’re just repeating the nonsense that that lawyer said. The Mississippi corner has first autopsy. Do you really think there would be two different findings?

Those questions are exactly what the examiners job is… it’s not like that info is being hidden. Good satire tho

I have a question if this child was in the water couldn't aquatic life have made marks on him. I just don't want this to sound graphic. Im seeing he wasn't in the water, others say he was.

Oh my gosh this is cbs news 🤣 what a joke. The outstanding questions are the examiners job… it would be like a mechanic asking what’s wrong with your car. 🤡

Honestly :
All the people that are lying on his 3 friends need to be sued. Wish they could be charged criminally too. Might prevent some racism and BS from them always lying making false accusations

After an independent autopsy we have more proof that aliens and bigfoot exists than we do that Nolan was murdered.
